Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
My husband and I both were ticketed for failure to stop at a stop sign when I was following him. We think we came to a stop but we can't remember if it was a complete stop. My question is; what are the chances of fighting the tickets and winning do to discrepences on the tickets? Eg. I was following him yet the time on my ticket is 5 mins. before his time. And one officer stopped us both but a second officer wrote my ticket, and the signature and I.D. No. on both tickets have the same officers name and I.D. No. but 2 different officers wrote them?
