Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana

Hello, My name is Joshua and I am 27-years-old. I received a notice from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles informing me that my license is being suspended due to Habitual Traffic Violatons.

I have two OWIs, 2002, and 2009. In December I successfully completed Antabuse and was released from the program. The third judgement date is 2001 for never having a valid license. I was 18-years old at the time when I received this ticket.

Is it possible to have this 10 year old charge expunged so I may have my driving privileges returned.?

Thank you,

Joshua

A suspension for being a habitual traffic violator is serious and continuing to drive while so suspended is not a misdemeanor but a class D felony which carries a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 3 years in prison. You should consult an attorney who handles traffic matters and handles drivers license / Bureau of Motor Vehicle (BMV) license reinstatements.
