Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
ok so i live in Indiana. i don't have a license and i got pulled over for not doing a stop sign on July 21st and they sent me to court wich i had like 2 weeks later and they told me i couldn't be seen back in court for 6 months with the same or similar charges and not to be driving. Just yestarday (1/7/11) i got pulled over for speeding again and they gave me a court on 1/26/11 and a ticket. What could be the consequences? Would they just have me pay the ticket and tell me not to drive for 6 months again, or would i be looking at jail time or something?
