Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
I lost my license as a result of failture to pay traffic tickets. I can't get license back for 90 days. I need a license for employment & was told that I could appeal for a hardship license. What do I need to file to get a hardship license?

You need to hire an attorney to help straighten out the unpaid traffic tickets. You should obtain information on the dates, the tickert and case numbers, the location(s) of the court(s) and the amounts of the tickets. You should also obtain a copy of your driver's record. Good luck.
