Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
Motor vehicle accident
Would it be my fault if i was behind another car at a redlight and when the light turned green we both proceeded and then all of the sudden the car in front of me slammed on their brakes for no reason and i hit them from behind?

Yes because you should've given enough distance to allow him to stop.
