Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
I recieved a traffic ticket for a law with code 9-30-15-4 which is open container operator with consumption of alcohol but when i was stopped i was given a breathalizer and told that i had not been drinking then was read off the law of 9-30-15-3, which is the correct one, but the one on my ticket was the wrong one. What should be my plan of action?
