Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
reciprocity
I was recently on a road trip from our home state of Minnesota to Pennsylvania. I received back to back speeding tickets in the states of Indiana and Ohio. Having only recently moved to Minnesota from Florida, I still have my Florida driver's license. My question is -- do either one of these states of have reciprocity with Minnesota and if so, what penalties can I expect regarding my driving record and auto insurance? Also, what if I opt NOT to pay the fines in those states? What would be the ramifications?

Re: reciprocity
Minnesota has reciprocity with nearly everyone. Maybe not Louisiana; but I'm sure we're hooked up with both Indiana and Ohio.
So if your driving privileges are cancelled in one of those states, you may have your right to drive cancelled in MN too. Pay the fines.
AND get yourself a MN license as soon as possible.
