Reckless Driving
I recently got pulled over for doing 92 in a 60 and received a reckless driving ticket and now i face a class B misdemeanor in Newton County Indiana, I have no Zero points on my record, whats the best way to handle this, should i get a lawyer, try to get a public defender, or go in and talk to prosecutor myself.

Anytime you face a jail sentence, you need to hire an attorney. It's too risky to try by yourself.
