Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana

speeding ticket

Four men and myself were pulled over while we were sitting at the traffick light waiting for the go signal. An officer on a motor cycle pulled up next to us and told us to pull over. So we did. the officer gave all of us speeding tickets. The ticket states that we were going 60mph in a 45mph zone. We were all on motorcycles, so was it possible for the officer to even clock all five bikes at the same time along with other traffic on the street? Well on my ticket, the officer didn't spell my name right. Is this alone grounds for dismissal? He also didnt ask me to sign the document. If my ticket isnt thrown out for the grammical error, do I have a chance at beating the case?

No!

It won't be!

Do I have a chance at beating the case?

Only if you can prove that you were not going 60/45.

If you're a passenger in a bus that is moving at 60 mph, what speed are you and the other passengers moving?
