Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
Speeding Ticket
I received a speeding ticket, but the police officer forgot to give me my license and registration back to me, but I didn't realize until I got back home. Can I use the officer's negligence to return my license and registration to get out of this ticket? Plus the inconvenience of not being able to drive that car, until the license and registration is returned. Thank you!
