Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
out of state lawyer
I recently got pulled over in Richmond, IN for speeding. I live in Kansas City, MO and I just received a letter in the mail saying that my license was suspended. I'm not sure how I go about finding a legit lawyer out of state who will not rip me off and just take my money! I am going to appeal it but I'm just not sure where to start!

A Missouri lawyer may be able to help you have the ticket pleaded down by mail. This will depend largely on the particular venue. Otherwise, I would suggest contacting the court clerk and asking for a referral. Let me know if you would like to discuss further.
