Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
I am being sued by a couple for damages and personal injury. I was stopped in a line of cars and waived a car that was waiting to turn across my lane to go ahead. A car behind me pulled around my stopped car and hit the car I waived to cross. There was a right turn lane ahead of me but it did not start for another 10 to 20 feet. What should I do.
