Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
traffic offenses/ possibly wrongful police officers
Can a police officer pull you over 1.30 miles away from the place where the incident ''occured'' without even following you?
Can he search you, passengers, and vehicle before telling you what he pulled you over for?
Can he just say that you ran a red light when it was still yellow as you were passing through it?

Most of the answers to your questions are "yes". Sounds like you need an attorney if you want to challenge this.
