Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
uninsured auto accident
I was in a auto accident yesterday and did not have insurance. It was the other persons fault but since I didn't have insurance does that mean I'm automatically at fault? Do I have any rights? I live in Indiana. Thanks

Re: uninsured auto accident
Not true that it's automatically your fault. What is true is that you can be suspended for driving without insurance.
The other person is liable for the damages to your car and your person, regardless of your lack of insurance.
