Wreckless Driving no officer cell phone
I was driving down a road and passed two cars in a pass zone. i get to my place of employment and a hour later an officer shows up at my work and writes me a ticket for wreckless driving and a ticket for improper display of liscence plate. the officer said he had a witness call him and willing to testify, but he never pulled me over or witnessed the offense? is this legal? it was an hour after the supposed offense. Can they write you a ticket on private property?

Re: Wreckless Driving no officer cell phone
You definately have some issues that need to be researched by an attorney. Also, Reckless driving is a misdemeanor and carries jail time. Your best bet is to hire an attorney to handle this for you because it's possible that the officer was in the wrong here.
