Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
I have 2 son's and their father was killed in a car accident 1.5 yrs ago. His large estate and business were left to both boys. I have been divorced from him for years. They have a lawyer, but he doesn't keep them updated as he should. Their father's sister is executer of the estate. She is running the business, and has not revealed any profits to my boys. Shouldn't my boys be able to take over the business, since it was left to them?

Maybe. The lawyer can best answer this. If your boys are adults and not satisfied with that attorney, they can hire another one.
