Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
My 2 sons father was killed in a car accident a year ago. His business and estate were left to my boys. His sister is executor of the will, and is not providing any information on the business profits. She is running the store. Being that it was left to my sons, shouldn't they be able to take charge?

They need to consult with an attorney and have the attorney demand some answers of the sister. As to them being able to take charge, that is going to depend on a number of things, including their age.
