Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
My 16 year old grandson is unfortunately sexually active. Apparently getting used by a 19 year old woman. She is now pregnant. How can I press charges against her for statutory rape? More importantly, how can I stop her from collecting child support from a child who doesn't have anything?

"How can I press charges against her for statutory rape?" : You can't. The age of consent in Indiana is 16, so from the facts you provided, nothing illegal occurred.
"How can I stop her from collecting child support from a child who doesn't have anything?" Again, you can't prevent this, as the support is for the benefit of the baby, which your grandson decided to risk creating in order to have sex. If you want to try to minimize what he might have to pay, get him a lawyer when he is pursued for support.
