Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

My boyfriend skipped out on probation after pulling his sentence in Indiana and moved to Florida. He has grants to start college but he has to take care of the legal stuff in Indiana, is there any way he can have his probation moved to Florida and will he have to do jail time?

Probably not, and probably yes, in that order. He needs to straighten this out now...it will not go away .
