Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
we are two brothers and sisters.we have a family business of running an english daily newspaper.our father is the founder editor of the newspaper.he died on jan 31 last.but our father make our mother the owner of the newspaper.after father's death within just 20 days under the bad influence of elder brother she donated the newspaper in his name keeping us in complete dark.can we challenge this or what is our legal options
