How do you change your name?

I am not getting divorced, I am not just married, and I have not been adopted. But what are the steps that I would need to take to have my last name changed?

Florida Law - you would have to file a Petition to Change your name. Pay the court cost and prepare the required documents and set for a hearing. Not a costly action if you feel that you can not handle this yourself.
