Companion dies without will
My sister's male companion of 35 years died this week. They have joint accounts and own property together. He did not have a will. Since he has 9 children, will my sister have to divide everything that was joint and give to his children?

Since I am not sure what you mean by joint, let me say the bank accounts and the property that is jointly titled with rights of survivorship belong to her. She really needs to talk to an attorney.
