Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
if a couple is married in Indiana and the man dies does the wife have all legal rights to the estate...even if the man had an adult daughter who contests his will .how long can this be contested in probate court? if at all?

The surviving wife may indeed have a claim against the estate, regardless of the validity of the will. Some claims have specific time limits. Others can be asserted until the estate is resolved.
