i was court ordered to do 5 days road crew. i completed 2 days and some one called about needing work done to there house so i called and left a message to probation telling them that i had some work that came up and i will return to finish my road crew as soon as im done .well a week and a half i get home to find a letter telling me there taken me to court for a ptr over the road crew. well they never called me or anything reguarding this matter.i have 3 years probationand i dont want to violate it by any means.so if i go and finish my road crew will i still get in trouble when i go to court.

This varies from judge to judge, but generally speaking you will be better off if you have cured a violation of your probation by the time of your hearing.
