Creditor time limits
After a person has passed how long does the estate have to stay open for any outstanding creditors to be paid? If a creditor does not do anything in that time frame can a person assume that the matter is closed with this creditor? Can they come back later to collect when the error was on their part?

Re: Creditor time limits
You should contact an attorney because the time period is based on when the Estate is opened, and the notices to Creditors sent. Mary
