Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

My Dad passed away 6 years ago, there was no will on file thru the clerk however, there is an old one on file with his attorney. My brothers and I have been trying, for years, to get his personal belongings (pictures, family items) but our ex step mom wont let us have any of it and now she (and her son) are selling all of his things on facebook. Is there anything we can do? I have a call in to the attorney that has his old will on file.

Only the executor and heirs who are names in the will have a right to a copy. Hire an attorney to look into it for you if it's important enough.
