My daughter& I moved in with x husband since aug of 2011 so our daughter can go to collage I gave up my child support so we moved with him he passed away in April of 2013 I his ex wife has been making all house payments do I have squatters rights to have house put into my name or my daughter who lived ther. There are 2 other kids by his first marriage they haven't done anything with house

There are no such things as squatters rights. The title to the property, if it was in your ex's name, passes under the rules of probate. You had best take this matter to an estate or probate attorney to advise you as to everyone's rights. You may not have any claim, but your daughter may have one.
