Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
Four days before my grandfather died, he was told that he would be denied pain medication if he did not sign a house that was suppose to go to me over to my cousin. The attorney, who was handling the estate, came to the house and had him redo the will. My grandmother recently died, taken off dialysis by the mother of the cousin, when my grandmother still wanted to be on dialysis. About a week later the cousin moved into the house. My aunt told me that the hospice nurse told her that there is no such thing as an overdose. I believe at this time the body has been cremated. There will be no funeral due to the fact that the mother and father of the cousin who moved into the house are in Florida for three weeks and they are the ones who were left in charge of the grandparents finances. In addition to that, my dad, brother and I were only allowed to see my grandmother at certain times and we had to jump through hoops to see her. When we saw her she was on so many drugs she couldn't even talk. The estate is worth well over $1 million. What do I need to do in order to make sure things are set up the way the will was originally written?

You need to hire a probate attorney and do so immediately! Good luck.
