Death of our father

Our Father passed away March 2007. He's second wife, passed away one year prior to our Father. She. our stepmother put everything that they owned in a trust for my half brother, age 44 and nothing was left t his first wifes children. There arthree of us. After allhe was our Father too. Is there anything that can be done concerning this situation? Two of us live in Indiana and our half brother lives in Michigan. Our Sister lives in Michiga too. Michigan is where we were born and raised.

I suspect that not all of the personal property was put in trust, but that all the valuable property is in the trust. Anything not in the trust should go to you. You need to consult with an attorney in person so that all the details can be made known.
