Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
Is it possible to designate distribution of assets that You yourself expect to inherit...but have not inherited prior to writing your will? I am a resident of the state of Indiana, and all physical assets involved are in the state of Indiana, too. Thank you for your help!

More than likely yes, depending on the assets, but of course you will not receive the assets if in fact you do not outlive the other person.
