Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

I am drafting a Will tomorrow, and I have a question I was wandering about. I have no money at all, but my biological children are threatning my other daughter, not bio but raised since a baby, threatning to contest my will and fight her for my remains. Basically this one daughter has taken care of me the past 8yrs, lived with me and my other children haven't come around in over 5yr, 2 haven't came around in over 20. I heard that if I leave them $1, they can't fight her on anything or contest the will, is this true?

The attorney you are seeing to draft the will can answer these questions. You can not contest a will simply because you don't like what it says, even if you are the child of the person who has died.
