Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

I have an estate jurisdictional question and I am looking for a Indiana Trial Rule to support a joint jurisdiction between two counties, Whitley and Allen. The Whitley and Allen County Road divides the farm property. The home residence is in Whitley County and so is the original probate estate. As a beneficiary, I have a property interest in Allen County. The trustee and personal reps conspired to take my property away by creating a trust account in my name, placed my 36-acres inside this trust, along with a comingling of their acreage, and then changed the trust's name established under my name to the decedent's name, and then by closing statement, my name had been completely removed. I have suffered damage and loss of income caused by the family attorney and estate reps., as a result. Since the property is in Allen County with the Probate Court in Whitley County, I am entertaining the thought of filing a Lis Pendens in Allen County against the estate reps. Is this possible?

No. This isn’t a do it yourself project. You need to see a lawyer to get this straightened out.
