I was with a man for 20 years have two children by him one 13 the 18 now he died in 1999 he has two older children in there 30s there was no will I have a claim against the estate for nursing him for 4 years they want to make his 30 year old daughter special representative to over see my claim she believes I am entitle to nothing I want them to make my 18 year old daughter special exec but they said she could not be, plus the older daughter has had her attorney made special representive over me I believe Iam getting the raw end of deal this house is all me and my two children have and it is not a big estate only the house value of 60,000 said the only way to prevent diane from being made special rep is to hire another lawyer to be special rep cant afford this at all what can I do
