Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
I am the executrix of my father's estate. I have 4 brothers and sisters who each of them, including myself, all have equal shares in my fathers home. I am putting the house for sale. As executrix, do I have the right to determine the price on the sale of the house without consent of the 4 other interest holders?

If you have opened an estate, I assume you have hired an attorney, and should contact the attorney about what the sale price must be. If you have not opened an estate, you have no power to do anything. Even if named in a will, the court must issue letters giving you authority to act; you can not rely solely on a will not filed with the court to give you any authority whatsoever.
