Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
Can you explain in clear english the following:
My agent may exercise any estate planning or gift power without any prohibition against self-dealing, including but not limited to making gifts to him/herself, and appointing him/herself, trustee of any trusts created under the powers granted.
The reason I ask is in the POA it says that I am authorized to give gifts and reimbursement and fees that are reasonable
