Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

family settlement agreement

can a family settlement agreement be broken. My mother (still living) was taken by my step brother and step sisters to see an attorney and have their names put on the title of her house when my step father passed away. My brother and I were not consulted and my mother is moving out of the house. It is my understanding they get the house and my mother gets nothing when the house is sold. She finished paying the house off several years ago and her name is on the title along with theirs. Can this be changed or broken without them agreeing to it. She also has a will and they are not included in it.
