Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

My father died in Dec 2011. We received a copy of his will and court paper showing his wife was made administrator. To this day we have not received our inheritance. We had an attorney send a letter to the attorney who sent the will asking that this be settled as soon as possible and have had no response. Who is responsible for giving us our stuff and how long do we have to wait? My dad was not a wealthy man with allot of assets.

IF you are entitled to any inheritance, it would have had to have been listed in the estate inventory. You need to have your attorney make a more diligent search of the court records or else get a different attorney to do so.
