Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
When our father died five years ago he bequethed 2 weeks of a time share in Sedona AZ to be shared among his five children. We would like to now formalize the succession beyond the five siblings to their heirs in the event of each of the siblings death. What kind of document is needed? (Two of the siblings live in Indiana, one in Illinois, one in Ohio and one in Texas if that matters)
