Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

My father is in a nursing home. My mother died and he remarried. Does his second wife have financial responsibity to pay the nursing home bills? She received several hundred thousand dollars from dad based on his prenuptual agreement. She has transferred all money to her personal accounts and now is saying she has no financial responsiblity for his care.

She potentially has liability. Hire a lawyer, show him the prenuptual agreement, and then go from there.
