Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
My father passed away intestate. He is survived by me, my brothers, my sister, and his widow. He was an Indiana resident. If something were to happen to me while this complex estate is being processed would my share pass to my estate?

Most likely yes, since your inheritance is vested in you at time of your father's death.
