Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
My father passed away Sept 2010. My stepmother did not let my brother and I know about the death or the service. She finally contacted my brother after the service. My brother asked my stepmother about getting a copy of the will, she has not returned his calls. I tried calling her and she had her daughter call me back to say stop calling her mother. My dad lived in Ohio, my brother lives in Tennesse, and I live in Indiana. What options do we as his children have?
