my father passed
my father passed away 2 weeks ago im living on my own im 17 yrs old and was wondering being the only child to my father and he was not married what are my rights? my fayher did not leave a will my uncle is trying to find out what to do...but sometimes i cant trust what he says

You may be entitled to social security benefits; under Indiana law, you would be the heir, but your Uncle may be interjecting because you are under age. You and your Uncle should consult with an attorney.
