Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

My father was away 2 yrs ago my step mother has everything and I as his child agree with it the land is only in my dads name and he had no will now we don't want to sell the property it is just goin to stay in the family can we live on the property without putting the land in our names

You need to take this information to an attorney in your community who can advise you best. Be sure to explain why you would NOT want title to land that you believe you own.
