Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

Upon my father's death, his widow (second marriage, not our mother, no kids with him) was allowed to chose his burial site. She has since remarried and divorced her 3rd husband. Does she still retain the rights to my dad's remains? My sisters and I would like to move his body to a family plot in another city where our grandparents and aunt are buried. Thank you very much for any information.
