My fiancee past away unexpectedly. His children are coming and taking all his things to sell. Do I have any rights to his things? We were together for 7 years.

If they are truly "his things" and not yours in any way, and there was no will, then no, you don't get anything. If there is an argument about things that you feel were jointly owned, you should talk to an attorney about those items.
