Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

My gradfather passed away about fourteen years ago. He had a will made before dieing, which included monies to be addressed to me. However, the benificary did not pay these monies to me. Is there anything that I can do?

A beneficiary is one who receives property. Typically he would have no limits on what he could do with the money or requirement that it be given to you.

You should take the will to an attorney in your community ans ask this question. BTW, unless you are under the age of 20 now, you are probably out of luck, as there is a statute of limitations applicable to this type of situation.
