Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

My Grandfather has a will stating that my mother and I are to inherit his home, vehicle, and contents of his lockbox upon his death. He was married 5 years ago and did not change the will. He does not wish for her to gain anything upon his death. Does the will still stand since there has been no change made since the date of their marriage?

Absent a prenuptial agreement, your stepmother will be entitled to her statutory share if she makes the proper legal calim.
