Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
My grandmother has a will that calls for my uncle, myself (my mother is deceased), and my cousin (her father is deceased) to be co-executors when my grandmother passes. My uncle has had my grandmother set up a revocable trust and I believe the trustees are only my uncle and my grandmother. Does this trust take precedence over the will and allow my uncle to retain the entire estate?

It is not a question of precedence. The trust will control property put into it and the will controls all other property.
