Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
Inheritance
I am about to inherit large amount of money, would like to know which way to go on setting up trust funds for my children and for myself. Would like to reap as many tax benefits as I can. I am married and would like to know how I would set up a trust fund, where if a divorce were to happen, my spouse would not be entitled to the money?

Re: Inheritance
If you're talking about substantial wealth, then you need to retain an attorney with experience in estate plannning matters. Call your local bar association for a referral. You should cheerfully pay whatever fees are involved.
