my step mother passed away a few months ago,
i never recieved anything that was my parents that my father brought with him into this marriage.
Am I not intitled to that stuf?
how do I go about getting it?
this means alot to me for both of my parents have passed on.And her(step mom) kids just forgotten me.
what can I do?

Unless your step mother had a will that devised any property to you, you are not entitled to anything at her death. The fact that your father pre-deceased her means that he distributed what he owned at his death to those persons he wanted to have his property (usually a surviving spouse). If she did not have a will that provided for you, then you have no claim on any of the property that your father might have owned prior to his death. I would suggest you contact your step siblings and ask for a momento of your step mother or talk to them in a quiet, non-threatening way about having what was left from your father. You have no legal solution to what you would like to have happen, so you must either forget it or merely talk them into giving you the property you believe your father left and would have wanted you to have.
